Our Kitchen
Our kitchen—Hamuko—is run by Babiya and her team as an integral part of the Mishmi Takin Homestay experience. You won’t have to worry about food here; just share your preferences, and we’ll serve you wholesome, home-cooked meals, hot and fresh. We’ve also begun experimenting with traditional ingredients and age-old cooking methods, so that our local cuisine can shine just as brightly as any celebrated dish from elsewhere.
